TMobile has an issue with 911 again and this time it may have cost two people their lives.
I think it ia important to remember that technology is not perfect and does fail and if its going to fail it will fail when you need it the most. Always have a backup plan when it comes to communications technology such as a VOIP phone or a cell phone from a secondary carrier. Know your local emergency services direct phone number even if it is a non-emergency number as even the non emergency line can transfer the call to emergency dispatchers.
